I pulled our pup the 3 hour drive home after buying it with our 2004 Dodge Durango. The Durango had a V-8 with a tow package but I noticed a little sway on the Interstate and it wasn’t even close to sitting level. So my step dad showed me the weight distribution hitch on his truck and camper and I was amazed with how his bigger camper did not squat his truck at all. So, back to Amazon, I bought a Husky Centerline WDH system.

First thing I noticed was there were so many different ones to choose from, I had to research the tongue weight of the trailer, and check the ball size. All of my research lead me to the Husky. It was kind of difficult to set up, but I took it to an empty parking lot so I had a truly flat surface to help me measure it out. Following the instructions did simplify things, so don’t throw the instructions away like I normally do.

After I finished the install, I took it for a drive and I could not believe the difference that made. My Durango is sitting level now and the sway is gone! Definitely recommend getting one of these for everyone’s safety.
